Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ cup melted butter

 

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put into a baking dish.  Cover with topping.

 

Topping:

 

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup Yelton’s Best Self-Rising Flour

½ cup melted butter

1 cup chopped pecans

 

Bake at 350 degrees for ½ hour.
