SUNDAY SPECIAL CORN BREAD |

11/2 cups Yelton's Best Self-Rising Corn Meal |
|
2 eggs beaten 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn |
|
1/3 cup cooking oil |
|
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
|
1/2 cup minced onion |
|
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
|
Heat oven to 375°. Grease and heat a 9 inch baking pan or skillet. Combine ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. |
