3 cups Yelton’s Best Biscuit Mix

1 cup sharp cheese

1 pound sausage

Grate cheese.  Add sausage.  Let the two get to room temperature.  Work in Biscuit Mix quickly and chill.  Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and cook at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
