Sausage Balls

3 cups Yelton’s Best Biscuit Mix

1 pound sharp cheese

1 pound sausage

 

In a bowl, combine uncooked sausage and cheese.  Mix until well-blended.  Add biscuit mix and blend well.  Shape into one inch balls.  Place one inch apart on a baking sheet.  Bake at 375 degrees for about ten minutes or until nicely browned.  Serve hot.
