Sunday Special Corn Bread

11/2 cups Yelton's Best Self-Rising Corn Meal
2 eggs beaten 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1/2 cup minced onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375°. Grease and heat a 9 inch baking pan or skillet. Combine ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
