QUICK PAN ROLLS

21/2 cups Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix

1 package dry yeast

3/4 cup warm water

1 tablespoon sugar

 

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Measure mix into bowl and add liquid. Beat well to make a soft dough. Place dough on a well floured surface and knead about 2 minutes. Cut with 2 inch cutter and place in 9x9 greased baking pan, allowing rolls to touch. Cover, place in warm area and let rise 40 minutes. Brush with butter. Bake in 400° oven for 12 minutes. Yields 25 two inch rolls.
