QUICK CORN BREAD |

13/4 cups Yelton's Best Corn Meal Mix |

11/2 cups buttermilk or milk |
|
3 tablespoons cooking oil |
|
1 egg, beaten |
|
1/4 cup sugar (optional) |

Heat over to 450°. Grease and heat a medium iron skillet or 9 inch baking pan. Combine beaten egg and buttermilk. Add Yelton's Best Corn Meal Mix, sugar and oil. Stir until moistened. Pour batter into hot greased pan. Bake 25 minutes. Serves 8. |
