Pecan Waffles

2 cups Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 egg, beaten

3/4 cup chopped pecans

1 2/3 cup milk

 

Heat waffle iron. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well-blended. Pour 3/4 cup batter onto hot waffle iron and bake until brown. Yields 4 9-inch waffles.
