2 cups Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix |

2 tablespoons vegetable oil |

1 egg, beaten |
|
3/4 cup chopped pecans |
|
1 2/3 cup milk |

Heat waffle iron. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well-blended. Pour 3/4 cup batter onto hot waffle iron and bake until brown. Yields 4 9-inch waffles. |
