Cake: |

2 eggs |

2 cups sugar |

1 can fruit cocktail |
|
2 cups Yelton’s Best Self-Rising Flour |
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients and pour into an 8” X 8” baking dish. Bake one hour at 325 degrees. |

Frosting: |
|
|
|
1 cup sugar |
|
1 cup milk |
|
1 cup coconut |
|
1 ˝ cups chopped pecans |
|
1 stick margarine |
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until thoroughly warm. Spread over cooled cake. |
