Fruit Cocktail Cake

Cake:

 

2 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 can fruit cocktail

2 cups Yelton’s Best Self-Rising Flour

 

Mix all ingredients and pour into an 8” X 8” baking dish.  Bake one hour at 325 degrees.

 

Frosting:

 

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk

1 cup coconut

1 ˝ cups chopped pecans

1 stick margarine

 

Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until thoroughly warm.  Spread over cooled cake.
