| COCONUT PINEAPPLE NO CRUST PIE |

1/2 cup margarine, melted |
|
1 cup (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained |

1 1/2 cups sugar |
|
3 eggs, beaten |
|
1 cup coconut |
|
1/2 cup Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix |

Heat oven to 325°. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Pour into prepared plate. Bake 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before cutting. Serves 8. |
