COCONUT PINEAPPLE NO CRUST PIE

1/2 cup margarine, melted

1 cup (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 eggs, beaten

1 cup coconut

1/2 cup Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix

 

Heat oven to 325°. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Pour into prepared plate. Bake 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before cutting. Serves 8.
