Heat
oven to 450°. Measure unsifted mix into bowl, add liquid.
Stir until moistened, about 30 seconds. Turn onto lightly floured
surface. Knead gently about 15 times. Roll or pat to 1/2 inch
thickness. Cut with floured 21/2 cutter. Place on ungreased
baking sheet. Bake 8- 10 minutes, until golden brown. Yields 10
delicious biscuits. |
