| Banana Nut Bread |

2 cups Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix |

2 eggs, beaten |
|
1 cup sugar |
|
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
|
1/4 cup margarine |
|
1 cup mashed ripe bananas |
|
Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, bananas, biscuit mix and nuts and beat until well mixed. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on rack before slicing. |
