Banana Nut Bread

2 cups Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1/4 cup margarine

1 cup mashed ripe bananas

 

Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, bananas, biscuit mix and nuts and beat until well mixed. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on rack before slicing.
